About the DARE Resource Guide

The DARE Resource Guide is a practical reference for policymakers, advocates, and professionals working to advance the accessibility of digital content, services, products, and environments for persons with disabilities. Grounded in the principles of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), the Guide offers good practices, a searchable index, video interviews, and interactive quizzes to support inclusive digital transformation.

Developed and Curated by G3ict

G3ict is an independent global nonprofit advancing digital accessibility worldwide. Founded in 2006 with industry and advocacy partners—and in cooperation with the United Nations Secretariat for the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)—G3ict promotes and supports the implementation of digital accessibility through policy engagement, advocacy, and advisory services. Its professional membership division, the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), strengthens the field through training, certification, and networking opportunities.
