About This Course

Price: $25.00 USD Members

This targeted mini-course, "Remediating Issues in Web Solutions," is designed for web professionals who have moved beyond the basics of accessibility and are now responsible for diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving complex accessibility issues. It provides a deep dive into the practical and strategic aspects of remediation, transforming you from someone who identifies problems into someone who solves them. Through structured sections based on the Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) Body of Knowledge, you'll learn how to build websites and applications that work for everyone.

You'll learn the "what's next?" steps after an audit: how to lead remediation efforts, justify resource allocation, and build sustainably accessible digital products. Whether you're a developer, accessibility specialist, or project manager, this course will empower you to close the gap between finding issues and fixing them.

For current IAAP Certification holders, this course serves as an excellent refresher and includes dedicated content on the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

This course was developed by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
